MissLou Advantage LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) includes MissLou Pack & Ship, MissLou Business Connection, and Who’s Who MissLou. We make everything easy by being upfront and consistent. These policies apply across all our services. We never sell your personal information. We only use it internally within MissLou Advantage to deliver the services you request.Privacy Policy
We collect only what you voluntarily give us (name, address, email, phone, messages, etc.) through forms, inquiries, or opt-ins. We use it to respond, provide services, communicate (including SMS if you opt in), and send updates only with your consent. Reply STOP to SMS messages to unsubscribe. Click UNSUBSCRIBE to emails you don't want to receive.We may share data with our internal tools (Shopify, Pitney Bowes, Microsoft 365, Zapier, Jotform, etc.) only to make your experience seamless.If you leave a public bad review, we reserve the right to respond publicly with appropriate non-confidential information to set the record straight. We protect all private details like shipment contents, addresses, and non-published client info.You can request access, correction, or deletion anytime. We aim to be fair and build loyalty. If things don’t go right and you’ve been respectful, we’ll work with you to make it even. If we feel our kindness is being taken advantage of, we’ll act accordingly. Specific rules appear in each section below — they guide us, but we stay reasonable.You Are on Camera
Our store is under video surveillance. Footage is our property and may be used reasonably (without revealing private information).Real Estate Note

Subscribed Holding & Storage
Subscribed customers (one-time $2 signup) get preferred handling. Retrieval/handling fees (calendar days):- Days 1–7: $2 flat
- Days 8–14: $5
- Days 15–21: $10
- Days 22–30: $15
- 31+: $25
Unsubscribed Holding & Storage
Unsubscribed customers, unexpected items, and non-communicative hotel left-behinds: $5 one-time handling + same daily fees. $2 per day holding fee starting day 3. We make reasonable efforts to contact you (up to 5 emails, calls, and texts over 5–10 days). If communicating but no clear direction, we escalate to 8 attempts with final notice. After 14 days of non-communication, items are abandoned and we may dispose of, sell, or donate them to recover costs. Hotel Left Behinds: Provide contact info when dropping off. We’ll collect the items, package them, and invoice you. Once paid, we ship in the next mail drop. Unpaid invoices after reasonable communication will include the holding fees above.Items Coming Into Our Care
We exercise reasonable care as a bailee but are not responsible for loss or damage beyond our control. We do not open boxes or go through personal items. You are responsible for proper packaging and contents. Our responsibility ends once the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) takes possession. We’ll help file any claim with the carrier, but we cannot refund fees the carrier won’t cover.Prohibited & Hazardous Items
We follow all carrier rules and do not accept items that USPS, UPS, or FedEx prohibit or heavily restrict. This includes (but is not limited to):- Liquor / alcoholic beverages
- Air bags, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, gasoline
- Mercury, pure acetone, high-powered lithium batteries (e-bikes, scooters, etc.)
- Certain aerosols, flammable liquids, nail polish remover, paint, perfume (check current carrier lists — rules change)
Large / Oversized / Heavy Items
Items needing more than one person to lift, that won’t fit easily through our door, or require a pallet may incur extra space/handling fees or be refused. We’ll try when reasonable, but we can’t guarantee acceptance.International / Customs
International shipments get normal care. If you leave customs handling to us, we’ll do our best — but we are not customs experts. You are fully responsible for knowing the rules for your items, paying any tariffs, duties, storage fees, return fees, or other charges. Things can get weird with other countries, and we aren’t liable for those extra costs or delays.Drop-Off Shipping
Pre-labeled packages: You agree the contents do not violate any laws or carrier hazardous rules.- Simple drop-off: $1 ($2 for FedEx)
- Needs basic prep: $4 ($6 for FedEx)
- Excessive prep: $10 + shipping
- We do not provide printed receipts unless absolutely necessary — receipts are emailed or texted. We do not handle pennies.
Liability Summary for Shipping
Once out of our control (with the carrier), we’ll represent you and fight for a fair outcome, but we can’t refund fees the carrier refuses to cover. It’s part of working with large shipping companies.General Notes
- We do not open boxes or go through personal items in any service.
- Favors or one-off experiments (like helping sell an item on Marketplace) are not standard offerings.
- We give reasonable care but make no promises on outcomes, and we won’t guarantee future similar help.
MissLou Business Connection Policies
Digital Services (Landing Pages, Google Optimization, Vonage, etc.)
Process
Express interest → select domain name → pay $20 deposit (plus domain fee if needed). The $20 deposit is a commitment fee and is refunded after final payment — it is not applied toward the project total.You have 2 business days to provide logins, photos, and content. We’ll text/email heavily for quick responses. 3 business days of no response forfeits the deposit (reasonable situations considered case-by-case).We build and show you a rough draft. If you don’t note major directional changes, we move to basic edits only. Major changes after this stage count as a new project.After final approval, you receive the balance invoice. Once paid, you then choose:- Full ownership transfer (no charge) — we schedule a handoff, or
- Monthly Support Plan at $20/month (first month included).
- Passwords and logins: You are responsible for changing them before sharing and again after the project. We can’t force changes.
- Contact forms on your MLBC created websites are free for $20/month support members. We’ll create or transfer them during handoff if needed.
Who’s Who MissLou
By submitting your business information to MissLou Business Connection for the WhosWhoMissLou.com network, you agree we may share and feature it on your behalf across our social media, Facebook group, and Who’s Who MissLou profiles. We may make minor edits to protect our brand. Submissions are not guaranteed and may be declined or removed for any reason we deem necessary.$2.99 setup + $0.99/month. Cancel anytime with no risk. The fee secures your spot in the network. We may feature you on social media or elsewhere in ways that fit our brand, but we’re not required to. We reserve the right to decline or remove any profile for any reason and will refund within reason. We are not responsible for business practices, quality of work, response times, or others' privacy policy.Classes & Workshops
Prepaid classes must be used within 30 days. Maximum one reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours count as used. No refunds, not transferable. We’ll attempt reasonable accommodations but can’t always guarantee them. Any exception to these rules is a personal favor — we can tighten back to the published policy if needed.All policies are subject to change with notice posted here. We’ll keep things simple and fair.
